This was last August by Christmas I had lost 4 stone but more importantly I felt fantastic - fit, healthy and full of life. It is now June and the weight is still off and I am loving my life and am still at the farm enjoying the challenges and the company.
If you are wondering if this is the thing for me - I would say give it a go - if you put in the effort you will be rewarded sevenfold
